This is the one of most important healthcare updates this year. Finally under growing pressure FDA agrees that amalgams can cause problems. I expect major class action law suites and massive changes not only dentistry but entire healthcare system based on this first step. My anticipation is that within about 10 years there will be national push to outlaw all amalgams and compensate millions of harmed people to have existing fillings removed. Everyone who have silver fillings should consult knowledgeable provider to decide if removal is in order and begin following this issue closely.
